As some of you may know, I have been working on the menu and start-up of a new restaurant called West Virginia Bistro. Today at 4pm, with a little over a 48-hr notice, West Virginia Bistro will open. The planning and details, though stressful at times, have been some of the most enjoyable work I have ever done. After 2 straight days of teaching classes, having meetings, and taking and making 8 dozen phone calls, I am losing my voice. I am so pleased and quite honestly, proud. Enjoy the pics!
