This man was completely covered in white and standing frozen on a white box. The kids put a quarter in his bucket and he did a quick dance, shook their hands, and then went back to standing still. Maddie dropped her quarter and thinking he was a statue, jumped backwards when he started to dance. Steitler told me that the Plaster Man had REAL eyeballs.

There were several artists doing that sort of thing downtown G'ville during the Artisphere. I thought of Steitler and Maddie.
