We packed a lot into this day. We dropped Ben off at the Charleston station for a mgr. meeting and a relaxing 12 mile bike ride through the Kanawha State Forest. While he was pedaling away, the kids and I met Mrs. Kay for lunch. We then met up with some friends at church. After that, Mrs. Anna had the kids over to swim. We picked Ben up and went to Target before we headed back to Beckley.
