Field Trip Day
Maddie's class has been learning the lifecycle of salmon. In the science lab, they watched salmon eggs hatch and grow. Today, the classes took the salmon to a creek at a hatchery and let them go.
(Quite honestly, the highlight of the trip was Maddie and I's first yellow public school bus trip.)

Works For Me Wednesday
This works for me!
A friend of mine introduced us to Crayola bathtub crayons. We use them to practice spelling and sight words in the kid's tub. Ben and I write messages and lists to each other in our shower. They are easy to clean and fun! I found them in the bubble bath aisle at our local Wal-Mart.
Check out Rocks In My Dryer for more great tips!
